Vintage H.I.M. HIM Blue Jeans, Bell Bottom, S.J.S. SJS Size 28 Waist 1990s

A nice pair of vintage 1990s H.I.M. bellbottom jeans by S.J.S. Hong Kong. They are 100% cotton with zipper fly and design on the back pocket. They are not as bright of a blue as photographed. They are marked a size 30 with Inseam 38, but please see actual measurements below.
Measurements taken flat as follows:
Waist across the top - 14" (28" total)
Inseam - 32"
Rise in front - 11"
Bell bottoms are 12" across for 24" opening total.
Condition: Very nice. They have been shortened, without cutting the material off, leaving about 4.5" to lengthen if needed. Please see all photos.
