A mid century 3 legged wooden stool with original paper label on the bottom that reads Guest Saddle Made in Japan For Fred Roberts Co. San Francisco, California. The picture shows how the legs can be attached or removed. However, they have since been glued into place.
Measurements:
Height 11" in back, 10.5" in front. 9.5" wide and deep.
If it is used as a seat and not a foot stool, I'd say it is for a child due to the low height.
Condition: The back leg has been broken out it appears and glued back at some point, I'm not sure if exactly positioned as it originally would have been. The other two legs were also reinforced with glue. The back leg also has a lot of wear than the others. The seat edges and side have various dings and wear marks. Please see all photos.
