Marked inside the band Kinney Sterling.
Condition: Has been worn and has some tiny dents around the edge and other light scratches on the silver. There are chips and scratches/dullness to the blue center. Please see all photos.
I took it to a jewelry shop and had it sized , they said it was 9.5
