A wonderful made in Mexico 100% cotton hand painted skirt by Lavable. Features 3D skirts on the women that are each two layers, the painted outer and the lace edge inner. The skirt has a hook and eye closure (bent) and possibly missing closures, on the shorter ties, and then the longer ones wrap around to be tied in the back. The skirt is opened at the sides near the top, so it has to fit properly or these will gap. This is a very small size, so please check the measurements carefully.
Measurements taken flat:
Waist when hooked - 12" (24" total)
Length - 23.5"
Condition: There are several soiled spots on the front, along with some small round red spots mostly to the right of the lady in green on the front.
