This is an antique Japanese page turner, or could also be used as a letter opener.
Measures 11.5" long and I believe it is either copper or brass metal.
Features an embossed beetle type design on the top side of the handle and a floral bird on the bottom side.
There are signs of wear and use, and the handle is a little loose. Please see all photos for details.
