Condition: Cover wear and soiling. Pages inside are in good shape with some minor soiled areas on some. There is a book ordering instruction form taped to the inside cover for this book, but the cover in the ad isn't the same as this one. There is a page for notes in the back and someone has written on it indicating dates and animals.
