What The Children Like Book, 1897 Pop Up, Antique, Ernest Nister, E.P. Dutton

An antique, I believe from 1897 hard cover book What The Children Like. With an introduction by F. E. Weatherly. London: Ernest Nister, New York: E. P. Dutton & Co. It is a pop-up book with pages of prose and then wonderful two page pop-ups that are in great shape.

Book measures 10" x 12.5"

Condition: Book is all intact but pretty rough. Has evidence of moisture, soiling, staining and discoloration. The middle of the book is completely split at the spine as shown in the 7th photo. There is tape along the spine of quite a few pages, plus a couple taped tears. One page has a tear that has not been taped. No pages are loose and all are readable. Please assume the book is worse than described and you should be happy with your purchase.
