This is a talking plush Cecil the Sea-Sick Sea Serpent from the cartoon Beany and Cecil that aired originally in 1962. He sits on his own, but does fall over easily. He still works and says 4 phrases. I've recorded one for you.
Sitting up he measures 14.5" tall, 12" wide and 13" deep.
Condition: Works as I mentioned earlier, and is in nice shape for its age. A little minor soiling on the bottom. Please see all photos and the video.
