This is a hard cover bound volume of all 12 monthly issues from 1949 of Pipe Lovers - The Magazine For Men Who Enjoy A Pipe. The spine also has the number 4, which I assume means this is the 4th year a bound volume was made.
Condition: Cover has obvious wear to the edges and other marks. Inside both the front and back covers and nearby pages have evidence of moisture and discoloration, with some light moisture warping on the subsequent pages near the front and back of the book.
