This is a vintage 1970s brunette side ponytail Barbie doll head only.
Her ponytail has been undone, and it appears her bangs have been cut. She may also be a TNT Chocolate Bon Bon, I'm not sure.
Other than the bangs, her head appears to be in good shape and with no discoloration.
