A antique primitive 1800s wood with iron, I believe, handmade well bucket. It has a varnish on it, both inside and out, with a handle and loop in the center.
It measures 9.75" tall, 9.5" across at the handle, and 9.25" across the other direction.
Condition: It would not hold water in its present condition as there is a split on one side nearly all the way from top to bottom. There are also two other partial splits down the side, and a small gap in the bottom. Some finish wear and signs of age. Please see all photos.
