This is a nice vintage Hawaii Pride of the Pacific belt buckle. It is solid brass and enamel made by Heritage Buckles.
It measures just under 3.5" wide and 3 3/16" tall.
Condition: Some signs of use on the side edges as well as the front brass edges near the middle of the top and bottom. Please see the photos.
