This is Issue One from Winter 1984 of The Golden Road. A quarterly publication about the Grateful Dead, but is not endorsed by them. It has 31 numbered pages. However, page 3/4 is torn and loose, and page 29/30 is missing.
The magazine measures about 8.25" x 11".
Condition: Other than the problems mentioned above, it has only minor signs of use and slight yellowing near the binding.
