Vintage Pair Sandpipers Wood Brass Sculptures, 1980s Bird Art Figures, Mid Century Design
A vintage pair of sandpiper birds made from wood and brass on a wooden stand. They have long legs and long beaks. One is looking up to the sky, the other down to the ground.
Measurements of both as follows with tallest bird dimension first:
Height 16.5" / 8.75"
Length - 5" / 7"
Width - 2 7/8" / 2 7/8"
Both are in nice shape. The larger sandpiper has glitter looking specks below the neck and to one side as shown, and both have a couple small marks to the wood that may or may not be original to the sculptures.
These look great with many decor styles, as well as in a beach home.
