This is a tiny vintage Theta Nu Epsilon skull with crossed keys fraternity pin. Marked 10K on the back. Gold with Greek letters on the head, one red and one green eye most likely made of glass, white enamel teeth, and the crossed keys below the skull.
Pin is .5" tall and 3/8" wide at the keys.
Pin is in good shape with normal signs of use, stick pin to attach it is slightly bent.
