A vintage 1963 Montgomery Ward Wendy Ward spiral bound book for young girls, teens to young adult to learn fashion, health, beauty, charm, etiquette, social and even talking with boys tips. It is 125 pages plus perforated cards in the back to practice new skills.

The book is in great shape with just minor soiling to the cover.
