Cabinet Card 1892 Ringling Bros Circus Orchestra Leader John Von Wald Photo w/ Violin
A nice antique cabinet card from around 1892 featuring John E. Von Wald who was the Ringling Bros. circus orchestra leader / director in the late 1800s.
On the front someone has written "over". On the back it states that in Wisconsin he was a violin, mandolin and horn teacher and was with the Ringling Bros circus for he 1892 season.
Photo measures 6 1/2" x 4 3/8". Please note the small tear on the middle right edge of the photo.
