Vintage Remington 5 Manual Typewriter, Tan with Color Coded Keys For Teaching, Teacher Remington Rand Portable In Case
This is a unique Remington 5 portable manual typewriter in its original case. It is rare in that it features color coded keys to teach touch typing.
Tested and works but could use a new ribbon due to age.
Cosmetically there are a few marks on the tan top, wear to the front edge and other signs of normal use. There is also a chip on the number 6 key. The case has obvious signs of wear. It still latches securely but the left latch doesn't click into place, it has to have the key hole slid over first then it will lock. No key is included.
