This is vintage Battledroids RPG metal miniature figure by Ral Partha Enterprises in the original red blister pack. This one is 20-833 PHX-I Phoenix Hawk. Copyright 1986 on the bottom of the figure.
Figure is made of metal and contains lead, very detailed and stands about 2" tall. I have more of these sealed figures listed as of now.
